Circular crochet knitting machine of high speed for the production of tubular cords and also with covering core inside by knitting system. Interchangeable cylinders from 3 up to 53 needles (other types can be produced on request or according to customer's sample). • Possibility to work from all kind of yarns. • All heads simultaneously driven by motor. • Electronic stop motion in case of yarn breakage. • Density regulation system. • Possibility of incorporated creel on the machine or separated creel. • Protecting screen with automatic safety stop motion. OPTIONAL DEVICES: • Cords are then wound onto reel or onto bobbins (see options). • Additional cylinders available. • Electronic frequency speed variator. REMARKS: • Model TUBOTEX FV is also available. It is specially designed to work from glass fiber. • It is possible to incorporate core inside all models (Model D). |
