AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE FOR CORDS AND ROPES
Specially designed winding machine to work from our RIUS cord knitting machines, for the final product winding into bobbins (with flanges).

• Maximum diameter of bobbins: 270 mm.
• Maximum width of bobbins: 250 mm.
• Type of winding: Parallel.
• Traverse motion device adjustable for the winding of different tape or cord widths (by means of UHING system).
• Traverse motion device adjustable over all spool width for the different bobbin widths (by means of UHING system).
• Adjustable tension feeding to improve final winding appearance.
• Immediate stop of machine once selected length on machine pre-selection meter counter.
• Stop / Star synchronized with cord knitting machine.
