Specially designed winding machine to work from needle loom or crochet knitting machine, for the final product winding into bobbins (with flanges). For tapes and cords. • Maximum diameter of bobbins: According to customer bobbin dimensions. • Maximum width of bobbins: According to customer bobbin dimensions. • Number of simultaneous winding systems: 4, 6, 8, 10 (to choose according customer request). • Type of winding: Parallel. • Synchronized motor system with feeding machine (loom or knitting). • Individual gear system. • Traverse motion device adjustable for the winding of different tape or cord widths (by means of UHING system). • Traverse motion device adjustable over all spool width for the different bobbin widths (by means of UHING system). • Heavy frame construction permitting smooth work without vibration. • Adjustable tension feeding to improve final winding appearance. • Immediate stop of machine once selected diameter reached. • Stop / Star synchronized with loom or knitting machine. • Variable Speed by an electronic frequency variator. Lineal speed of constant winding. OPTIONAL DEVICES: Pre-selection meter counter. Also available our model with fixed traverse motion for the winding of tape and bobbin according customer dimensions. |
