Automatic tape festooning machine for directly vertical folding in boxes.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• For elastic and rigid tapes, from 8 to 50 mm. width. (standard).
• For elastic and rigid tapes, from 8 to 70 mm. width (only under request).
• Automatic digital meter counter with pre-selection.
• Speed up to 6.000 meters per hour, adjustable by means of electronic frequency variator.
• Spooling device to unreel the tape when entering the machine.
• Automatic stop in case of meshing tape.
• Positive feeder device.
• Automatic system for rising and lowering the box.
• Available dimensions of the carton box (maximum dimensions):
    - Fixed width: 340 mm.
    - Maximum height: 250 mm. (Higher dimension up to 500 mm. only under request)
    - Maximum length: 500 mm.
