DEROULE CREEL • Creel system to warp flat polypropylene yarns (raffia). • Individual spindle per bobbin or spool, supplied with rotation system (Deroulé system). • Lateral corridors are required for package loading (outside loading). • Thread draw-off front part. • Steel modular creel system. • Designed for predetermined yarn package size. • Vertical and horizontal pitch according customer specifications (F7). • Vertical and horizontal pitch of 230 mm (F7D). • End quantity, levels and rows, according customer specifications and available space. • No electronic stop motion system is required. (Can be optionally supplied). • Fast threading synthetic ceramic yarn guides, placed on each creel row. • Special package holders for perfect yarn package fitting. • Not supplied with any individual spindle brake tension system (F7).Tension system by means of individual spindle brake (F7D).  |
