Completely electronic machine for the production of covered and twisted strings to be used in trimmings, decorative products and special fabrics. • Covering and twisting operations are made on the same machine simultaneously. • Independent covering spindles, with the option to work all simultaneously or any of them individual. • Diameter of the final string between 1 and 4 mm, electronically adjustable and controllable. • For the production of final string of 2 ends. • For the production of final string of 3 ends. • Possibility of using different yarns for the covering and also for the internal core of each end, by a complete control with PLC. • Number of independent spindles: 3 • Number of motors: 3 • Spindle speed: Between 10.000 and 15.000 r.p.m. • Central control (PLC) of data programming. • Twisting head for the production of the ends, electronically controlled. • 3 covering plates with electronic rotation and controlled by PLC. |
