The sectional warper model is designed to suite all present requirements of the most modern high speed weaving systems. Designed to warp all types of natural and synthetic yarns on beams up to 1.000 mm. diameter. Drum with fixed cone. Manufactured in 2 versions: • Drum with fixed cone of 1.700 mm. length and 215 mm. height. • Drum with fixed cone of 1.100 mm. length and 260 mm. height. Warping carrier Equipped with a speed control roller, "V" form and adjustable reed. Warping control table of easy use and access. Lateral displacement of the warping carrier is completely controlled by the computer, with automatic positioning for each section. The warper is electronically driven and controlled through a computer with data screen. Safety device Consisting of a photo cell system stopping immediately the machine. Brakes Quick response disk brakes at both sides of the drum acting through a pneumatic circuit stopping instantaneously the machine. |
