For narrow fabric, special fabric beams and knitting beams. For the warping of two beams simultaneously. Suitable to warp all natural or man-made yarns, as well as their blends in all counts. • Maximum beam external width: 21” / 30” / 42”. • Maximum flange Diameter: 21”. • Maximum warping speed: 1000 Meters / minute (depending on quality and type of yarn to be used). Touch screen control panel with following functions: • Storing data system of first warper beam (master beam), allowing all following beams to be warped with identical characteristics of perimeter, meters or revolutions. • Digital speed indicator in meters per minute. • Meter and revolutions counter by pre-selection. • Perimeter display. • Emergency stop. • Potentiometer for speed selection through the touch screen. • Joystick for the loading and unloading of the beams (doffing device) (optional device). • Alarm mute pushbutton. • Warper link Selector. Hydraulic braking system synchronized with warping head and S rolls (equalizing rollers). Equipped with a straight V or Zig-Zag reed (according order), delivered according warping indicated density. Adjustable warping speed by inverter. Pre-selected speed is linearly constant. Lifting and lowering of the beams is made automatically (dofting system). OPTIONAL DEVICES: • Leasing reed. • Static electricity remover device. • Oiling device. • Zigzag reed, permitting the adjustment of yarns and their perfect centering to the total beam working width, more over the change of warping yarns density. • Tension equalizing rollers (S rollers). • Gumming device. • Fluffs detector device. Suitable for yarn impurities detection by means of an electric photo-cell. • CAM-SCAN system. Digital yarn controlling system (2 cameras). • Automatic tensioning control for the total control of all yarn tension simultaneously. • Storage device. |
