Due to the great acceptation, among our customers, of our electronic raschel knitting machine of double needle bed model MINI-TRONIC (knitting machine with two warping bars), our company has decided to launch to the market our new model MINI-RASCHEL of double needle bed with 2 and 4 bars moved in this case mechanically, for the production of articles mainly assigned to the confection industry.

From the product produced in our mechanical model, we’ll emphasize its rib structure (similar to the flat knitting fabric), with lateral elongation, transversal rigidity and symmetry in the frontal and back faces, specially assigned for edges in collars, trousers and similar.

We consider that the mechanical model has a better adaptation thanks to its simplicity and for this reason, with this new launching, we hope to satisfy the needs in this sector of the market, as much as for the quality of the final product as for the high productivity and versatility allowed by the work with the two warping bars (double needle bed) in this new range of machines.

We emphasize that the electronic model is for the production of meshes, nets and three-dimensional articles mainly assigned for textiles in technical applications as agro-textile, medical-sanitary, mechanical and packaging (see item textiles for technical applications).
