WARPING DRUM
Drum is made of turned steel with circumference 3.14 mts, perfectly cylindrical and balanced.
The drum has a diameter of 1.000 mm. with fixed cone.
The angle of the drum cone will be determined according to the type and thickness of the yarns to be warped.

BRAKES
Fast response disc brakes on both sides of the drum acting through a hydraulic circuit, stopping the machine instantly in case of yarn breakage.

SPEED VARIABLE
An electronic variable speed drive guarantees the constant speed previously selected for the two processes of warping and folding, ensuring also a constant yarn tension.
Speed controlled by PLC.

SIDE MOTION OF THE WINDING MACHINE
The warping machine is equipped with 4 wheels that slide on rails. Two of them are free and the other two have positive movement through a geared motor.

WARPING TABLE
Moved by means of a servo motor through a worm screw, with a ratio of 0.001 to 8 mm.
The positioning of the warping table for the first and following sections is fully automatic.

PRESSURE ROLLER ON THE WARPING TABLE
The warping table is equipped with a pressure roller to give constant tension and pressure to the yarns in the warping section. This roller is pneumatically driven and automatically controlled. The pressure is adjusted on the touch screen and constantly controlled by PLC.

BREAKAGE MEMORY SYSTEM
Saves the information of any yarn breakage in the warping process, automatically stopping the machine in the bending process.

CROSSING COM BBINE
The yarns coming from the creel are for twisting on a vertical comb.
The movement of the vertical comb is pneumatic.
The standard width of the comb is 1,150 mm.

GENERAL CONTROL PANEL
HMI touch screen control.
The warping unit is controlled in all its movements through touch screen control, determining:

• Warp density.
• Optimal number of sections to be performed.
• Width of each section.
• Machine stop, at the preselected number of partial meters to perform the crossings.
• Stopping of the machine at the preset number of meters.
• Automatic displacement and positioning of the carriage of each section.
• Constant linear speed during warping and folding.
• Memory of yarn breakage during warping by stopping the machine during folding.
• All data are visible on different screens.
• Carriage feed rate preset from 0.001 m/m. to 8 m/m.
• Data memory for the repetition of 999 different warps and pleats.
