Feeding and stretching system from polyethylene film, for feeding Raschel, crochet and circular warp machines.
  • Double feeding system (TA 700 DRX – TA 700 DR).
  • Simple feeding system (TA 700-S).
  • Double layer of PE film (TA 700 RDX).
  • Double cutting system on each side (TA 700 DRX – TA 700 DR).
  • Simple cutting system (TA 700-S).
  • Support for polyethylene rolls up to a maximum diameter of 1,000 mm and a maximum width of 700 mm.
  • Stretching unit by means of heating cylinder.
  • Automatic feeding system on one side for upper weft yarn.
  • Automatic bottom weft feeding system.
  • Automatic lower warp feeding system.
  • Automatic feeding system on the opposite side for upper warping yarn.
  • Electronic temperature regulator. The temperature can be regulated from 80º to 130ºC. Two completely independent regulating systems on both sides of the unit.
  • The waste edges are collected on both sides of the machine, directly on reels. This collection system is performed separately from both film rolls.
  • The stretching operation is carried out by means of an adjustable gear motor.
  • The drafting ratio can be adjusted from 1:1 to 1:9.8. It can be adjusted independently on both sides.
  • Boats for yarn paraffinizing. Equipment located in the cutter-stretcher system.
